Who we are
Envoy Bots (“we”) sets up and manages AI teammates for small businesses. Contact: hello@envoybots.com · envoybots.com
What we collect
- Contact details you send us (name, email, business name, message)
- Scheduling details if you book a call (via our calendar provider)
- Payment and billing details processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
- Basic website analytics if you later enable a privacy-friendly analytics tool
- For clients: information needed to set up and manage approved connectors (email, calendar, etc.) under a written scope
How we use it
- Respond to inquiries and schedule consults
- Provide setup and ongoing management services you purchased
- Process payments and send invoices via Stripe
- Improve our service and keep records required for business operations
Sharing
We use processors such as Stripe (payments), Formspree or similar (contact forms), and Cal.com or Calendly (scheduling). We do not sell your personal information. Client credentials and connector access are not shared across clients.
Client systems & AI teammates
AI teammates start with limited access. Outgoing sends wait for owner approval unless you later expand scope in writing. You can revoke access; we will help disconnect tools and freeze the teammate. We document what we see, store, and delete in your engagement materials.
Retention
We keep inquiry and billing records as needed for the relationship and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize when no longer needed. Client workspace data follows the retention note in your statement of work.
Your choices
Email hello@envoybots.com to access, correct, or delete contact information we hold, or to ask about client data handling. You may also manage subscription billing via the Stripe customer portal linked from our Payments page.
Changes
We may update this page; the “Last updated” date will change when we do.
